If you suspect you have food poisoning or have ingested something foreign, it is recommended that you seek medical advice immediately from your Local General Practitioner or Hospital.

For food contamination issues, it is important to keep any foreign objects and the product from which it originated. It is recommended that the items be put into a disposable container or wrapping and be placed in your freezer.
