- seen a premises or food handling that you have concerns about
within the City,
please contact Health Services.
When making your complaint , it helps if you can provide details of where and when you bought the food and the problems you observed.
All complaints are treated as confidential and you will be kept informed of the progress of the complaint.
The City only has jurisdiction of premises within its boundaries and may seek the assistance of other Councils or the Department of Human Services.
If you feel ill after eating food, you should contact your doctor first and then notify Health Services as soon as possible.
