The following information has been prepared in order to help you and your child enjoy your time in our Centre.

The City of Greater Geelong opened its first child care centre in 1975 and today offers a choice of seven high quality Long Day Care Centres throughout the region. These are known as City Learning and Care Centres.

City Learning and Care is a secure, friendly environment where your child participates in quality interactions with adults and other children. The Centre is staffed by a team of professionals, dedicated to providing children with a warm, safe and secure environment.

It is a place where your child will learn new skills through planned and spontaneous activities. He/she will be encouraged to learn more about the world around them by exploring and experimenting with different mediums, socialising and developing friendships with other children.
