1. EASEMENTS

Note:  This application form MUST be signed by the owner of the property. Suitable plans showing relevant details of the proposal and a current copy of Title showing the locations and size of the easement must be submitted with the application.

2. SITING General information for all applications:

  • Reasons for application
  • Setbacks of existing buildings on the subject site
  • Dimensions of site boundaries and site area of the subject site
  • Setback of proposed building from boundaries and other buildings
  • Single line floor plan layout of the existing buildings and windows within the walls that may be affected on the subject site
  • Dimesnions of site boundaries and site area of the adjoining property/ies
  • Elevations
