Illegal Building Work
Council is often made aware of building works carried out without the required permit. This information may come from property owners, tenants, neighbours, potential purchasers or Council''s own inspectors.
If buildng works are carried out without the required Building Permit, an investigation and enforcement process is implemented. The process is explained in this chart.
