For pedestrians, the Centre is situated in Lt. Malop Street between Gheringhap and Fenwick Streets, about half way along the block.
 
By train, the Centre is 300 metres from the Geelong Railway Station, and above the Geelong Regional Library, on the south side of Johnstone Park (the park opposite the station). Trains run at frequent intervals between Melbourne and Geelong.
 
By car, the Centre is in the city within a metered parking zone of two hours limit.

Off street parking is available at the Civic Centre Car Park, situated in Gheringhap Street, opposite City Hall, and 200m east of the Centre's front door.
