REHEATING CHILLED MEALS

Stove Top

  • Soup should be placed in a saucepan and heated on top of the stove in the normal way or in a microwave oven (see below)

Electric Frypan

  • Leave the lid on your main course
  • Put one cup of water in the frypan. Place the main course in the frypan. Cover with frypan lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes

Gas or Electric Oven

  • Set the temperature control at 200 Celsius (375 Fahrenheit) and preheat the oven for 5 minutes
  • Leave lid on main course
  • Place the main course on the centre shelf of your oven
  • Heat the meal for 15-20 minutes on 200 Celsius (375 Fahrenheit)
