Report a Missed Residential Bin
If your bin has not been emptied please complete the following steps.
You can  Report a Missed Residential Bin Now. This should be done within 24 hours to ensure the collection vehicle can return to your area.
You will need to tell us:
- Your name
- Your contact details
- The address where the bin has been missed
- What type of bin has been missed
- What size of bin has been missed
- The date of collection
- Where your bin is placed for collection now
Alternatively you can contact our Customer Service Team.
Your bin will be emptied within two working days - leave it out until it is.
