Squad Sessions
Squad sessions are available to the general public!
The squads great training aid for those competing in triathlons, open water swims or someone that wants to improve their swimming.
Squad coaches Tim Bentley and Greg Swan have competed in Triathlons and Open water swimming at the elite level. Both are experianced coaches, experts in stroke technique.
Squad sessions cater for a range of ability level and experience within the squad.
New participants are always welcome!
Timetable Information
Squad sessions are run seasonally at Kardinia Aquatic Centre. Sessions will recommence in October 2010 when the centre reopens.
