GymStar (School Aged Children)
Catering for all abilities, the program combines coordination, strength and fun fitness activities to develop even the basic gymnastic skills.
This progressive program is for both girls and boys from 5 years of age and teaches students from a recreational level through to enhanced gymnastic routines.
Begin with Gym (Pre-School Children)
BWG is a fun program designed especially for pre-schoolers'. It introduces develops skills in basic gymnastic routine such as: strength, hand eye co-ordination and a one on one time to enhance your child’s development.
Parent participation is required for BWG.
