Description:
The Sykes Racing Head of the Schoolgirls Regatta is the pinnacle event for schoolgirl rowing in Victoria.

The regatta is conducted over two days with girls from Year 9 through to Year 12 competing in their respective boat classes for championship trophies. Over 2,000 girls from 40 schools compete in the event.

Families and friends attend the regatta to support the girls and congregate in the Rowing Precinct and on the South Side of the river adjacent to the judges box.
