What this means is that the right hand knows what the left hand is doing, therefore being better able to meet the needs of those we serve.
We have established 5 Divisions:
- Corporate Services
- City Services
- Community Services
- Projects, Recreation and Central Geelong
- Economic Development, Planning and Tourism
Every Division is lead by a General Manager and have a number of support departments strategically established to meet specific needs.
Each department has a Manager overseeing a variety of units lead by Co-ordinators.
