Monthly Key Economic Indicators

 
The Monthly Key Economic Indicators report monitors the Geelong regional economy based on the monthly unemployment rate, weekly job vacancies, monthly domestic building activity, monthly non-domestic building activity and quarterly median house prices.  The report complements the annual Economic Indicators Bulletin, which can be viewed in the next section.

Economic Indicator Bulletins

 
The Geelong Economic Indicators Bulletin monitors the annual performance of the Geelong regional economy. Upward or downward movements in key economic indicators such as building trends, unemployment, population growth, median house prices, trade through the Port, school enrolments and peak overnight population in tourist areas are monitored.  In addition to standard data, the Bulletin also includes special feature tables.  The feature tables included in each addition are outlined below.
