The Awards celebrated their 25th anniversary this year having started in 1986. The awards recognise excellence in local business and industry, and showcase the many impressive business achievements in the Geelong region.

Entering the awards gives businesses the opportunity to review their business plan and operations, and then have the business reviewed by independent judges. There are 21 different categories for the awards, which were presented at a gala ceremony on 21 July 2010.

The City of Greater Geelong sponsored the category of Manufacturing and/or Export to acknowledge the achievements in this particular sector.
