Elected on 3 May 2008 at a By-Election following the resignation of Shane Dowling in January 2008.

A lifelong resident of Geelong and father of a young family, Andrew is passionate about this city and the region and looks forward to the opportunity to work with residents and business owners to make a positive contribution to the community.

Andrew is a small business owner in Central Geelong and has been appointed to the Portfolio for Finance.  Andrew also represents Council on the Audit Advisory Committee and the Armstrong Creek Urban Growth Plan Steering Committee.
